Pharmatest on the cover of Molecular Cancer Therapeutics
Researchers from VTT in collaboration with Pharmatest, University of Indiana, University of Turku and BioTie Therapies Corp, have discovered a novel mechanism regulating the development of breast cancer bone metastases. These findings, demonstrating that heparin-like compounds can potentially be used to inhibit breast cancer metastasis to bone. These results were published in the Molecular Cancer Research journal's April 2012 issue.
